This month, every time you run with DFR you'll be entered to win a 2-week trial of unlimited yoga at a fantastic studio in the West End of Dundee. Yoga has tremendous benefits for runners including increased flexibility, strength and mind-power. Whether you're already a committed yogi or you've never set foot on a mat before, yoga is definitely something to try, especially if you're a runner.
